"Having been a customer of Timewarp since 1997, I can honestly say that I intend to be with them for a long long time. The fact that I could choose to be with one of the larger Providers in what they call 'a free service' doesn't excite me at all. I want a service Provider who is at the end of the phone, who is patient and who is sympathetic of the fact that I am not a whiz kid, and can't take my computer apart! I need to be talked through with every problem I encounter and can honestly say that Timewarp's helpful approach works every time. I recently upgraded my computer and converted to Windows XP and Timewarp came up trumps by supplying the full package. They also installed all of my software and did the total transfer of all my files so that all I had to do was switch the machine on when I got home and it was all systems go!
